Hello Coaches,
Thank you for signing up to play in our upcoming tournament. Communication is very important to us and we want to make sure you, your team, and parents are ready for the tournament.TEAM CHECK-IN PROCESSWe will need a signed copy of your team online BPA Roster & insurance certificate. To streamline the check-in process, please scan and email a copy to us we will keep it on file for the entire year. If you have the BPA Westpoint insurance we already have a copy of your certificate and don’t need you to send over a copy. If you don’t have the BPA Westpoint insurance we do need you to send us a copy of your teams policy. We'll also be pushing any weather updates to the app and via text message. TOURNAMENT RULESBPA Rules will be followed for this tournament. The BPA Rulebook can be found at www.playbpa.com under the information tab (must be logged in to your account).

Gate Fees
Gate fees for the weekend are $12 for a weekend pass or $5 per day pass. Children 12 & Under are free along with players and up to 3 coaches per team (coaches will sign-in).
COVID-19Each County and facility will determine their specific Covid-19 protocols. We will send any additional details of those protocols in the days leading up to the tournament. In general, BPA still encourages everyone to wear a mask, maintain social distancing for players and spectators. We also suggest bringing your own chair for spectating, as many bleachers are either unavailable or have limited seating.
